Our wallpapers are custom-made to order. Sunshinewall LLC is committed to dispatching orders within a maximum of 48 hours after production.

🇪🇺 Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland):
Average delivery time of 8 to 12 business days after order confirmation.

🌍 International (United Kingdom, United States, Canada):
Average delivery time of 10 to 14 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary by a few days due to events beyond our control (weather conditions, carrier delays, or temporary production peaks).

Shipping fees:

DDP Delivery (Delivered Duty Paid): Sunshinewall LLC offers international shipping and covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. You will have absolutely nothing to pay upon receiving your package. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

⏱️ 30-Day Inspection Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect your order and report any potential defects. After this period, no claims can be accepted.

🛠️ Our Guarantee

Our wallpapers are custom-made to your unique dimensions. Therefore, we only accept returns or claims in the event of a defective product or non-conformity (printing errors, incorrect dimensions, or damaged packaging).

If a defect is found, you can choose between:

1. Free Replacement: We will immediately restart production and ship a new, identical product at no extra cost.

2. Full Refund: We will refund your entire order to your original payment method within 14 days.

🛡️ Simplified Procedure (No Return Required)

Because wallpaper rolls are bulky and we aim to reduce our carbon footprint, you do not need to physically return the defective product.

How to proceed:

• Email us at contact@sunshinewall.com within 30 days of receipt.

• Attach clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

• Do not hang the wallpaper: Claims cannot be accepted once the wallpaper has been cut, pasted, or installed.

Once our team validates your photos (usually within 24-48 hours), we will process your replacement or refund.
