Delivery Times for Our Wallpapers

 

Our wallpapers are custom-made to order. SunshineWall is committed to shipping orders within a maximum of 48 hours. The average delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days from the order's shipment date. Delivery times may vary by a few days due to events beyond our control (weather conditions, carrier delays, or temporary production peaks).

 

Shipping Fees

 

DDP Delivery (Delivered Duty Paid): Sunshine Wall offers international shipping and pays all customs duties and import taxes for you. You will have absolutely nothing to pay upon receiving your package.

Our wallpapers are manufactured exclusively to order based on your unique dimensions.

European Compliance: Although Sunshinewall LLC is a U.S. entity, we respect European regulations. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalized products.

Exchange Policy: At SunshineWall, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept exchanges if the final product does not meet your initial expectations or measurements. To be eligible, the product must not have been installed, cut, or handled.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We apply a Refund or Replacement Guarantee in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity noted upon receipt.

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, we simplify the process for you.

Automatic Reshipment: An identical new product will be sent to you at no additional cost. For your convenience, no physical return of the damaged product is required.

Procedure: Contact us by email with visual proof (clear photos of the defect and the packaging) before any technical work is done on the wallpaper.
