Article 1: Purpose and Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Sunshinewall LLC (registered office: 15442 Ventura Blvd, Ste 201-1868, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, USA.) and any customer making a purchase on the website sunshinewall.com . Placing an order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Article 2: Products and Custom-Made
Sunshinewall offers custom-made panoramic wallpapers, installation kits and accessories for sale.

Customization: The customer acknowledges that the wallpapers are produced on demand according to the specific dimensions they have provided.

Visuals: The images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor color variations may occur between the screen and the final product due to different display calibrations.
Article 3: Ordering and Modification
Any order placed on the site implies an obligation to pay.

Modification deadline: The customer has 12 hours after validation to request a modification or cancellation by email.

Production: After this period, the order is transferred to the automated production line. As these are personalized products, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Article 4: Prices, Currencies and Taxes

Price display: The user can choose their currency via the selector provided for this purpose.

Taxes and Customs: For all international orders, including those to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Canada, Sunshinewall LLC covers all customs duties and import taxes. No additional fees: The total amount paid at checkout is the final price. No customs fees, taxes, or processing charges will be collected from the customer by the carrier upon delivery.

Payment: Payments are made securely via SSL encryption by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or Apple Pay.
Article 5 : Délivery

Shipping: Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of manufacture.

Delivery times:
The average delivery time is 8 to 12 working days from the order date.

Shipping Carriers: Delivery is handled by international carriers (Chronopost, UPS, DHL, FedEx). Sunshinewall cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable solely to the carrier or customs.
Article 6: Returns and Refunds
Upon receiving your package, you have 30 calendar days to inspect your order and report any defects. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Our wallpapers are made to measure. Therefore, we only accept returns and claims in the case of a defective product or non-conformity (incorrect dimensions, printing defects, damaged packaging).
If a defect is found, you have two options:
Standard exchange : We will immediately restart production and ship a new, identical product at our expense.
Full refund : We will refund your entire order to your original payment method within 14 days.
Article 7: Compliance and Complaints
Because a roll of wallpaper is bulky and we want to minimize our carbon footprint, no physical return of the defective product is necessary.
How to proceed?
- Email us at contact@sunshinewall.com within 30 days of receipt.
- Attach clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
- Do not hang the wallpaper : any claim on a product that has already been cut or pasted cannot be accepted.
Once your photos have been reviewed by our team (within 24-48 hours), we will process the exchange or refund according to your preference.
Article 8: Responsibility
Sunshinewall LLC cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper wall preparation, improper installation by the customer or a third party, or the use of unsuitable adhesive.
Article 9: Legal Guarantees
Although the company is governed by US law, customers residing in the European Union (including France) benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legislation of their country of residence. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA) . However, this clause does not deprive consumers residing in a European Union country of the mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country.
In case of a dispute:
