How do I install Sunshinewall wallpaper?
Our non-woven wallpapers are installed by applying the adhesive directly to the wall. The strips are numbered: align them edge-to-edge (butt-joint) without overlapping, following the order in the provided instructions.
What type of adhesive do you recommend?
Use a high-quality, ready-to-use special non-woven wallpaper paste. Spread it evenly with a roller, ensuring corners and sockets are well-covered.
Should I paste the wall or the wallpaper?
With non-woven material, you paste the wall only. This prevents the strips from stretching and makes adjustment much easier.
How should I prepare my wall before installation?
The surface must be dry, clean, smooth, and uniform. Remove dust, fill holes, sand down bumps, and apply a primer if the wall is highly absorbent.
Can it be installed in a bathroom?
Yes, if the room is well-ventilated and the wallpaper is not in direct contact with constant water splashes. Prefer areas outside the shower/sink zone.
How do I cut around a socket or switch?
Turn off the power, remove the faceplate, hang the strip over it, make a cross-shaped incision, fold back the tabs, then replace the faceplate.
What should I do about air bubbles?
Smooth out the air with a wallpaper smoothing tool from the center outward. If a bubble persists, prick it finely and smooth it down.
How do I clean the wallpaper daily?
A slightly damp soft cloth is sufficient. Avoid solvents, abrasive sponges, and direct water jets.
Can I paint over it later?
We do not recommend it. To change your decor, it is best to strip the wallpaper to preserve the wall surface.
How do I remove Sunshinewall wallpaper?
Dampen the surface with lukewarm soapy water, let it sit for a few minutes, then gently peel it off. Repeat if necessary.
Are the strips precision-cut?
Yes, each strip is numbered and precision-cut for a perfect match. Always allow a safety margin for final trimming.
What is the lifespan of the wallpaper?
Our wallpapers retain their colors for many years under normal residential use, thanks to durable inks and premium backing.
2) Choice & Customization
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Enter the width and height of your wall on the product page: we adjust the image and panel layout to your specific dimensions.
How are the strips calculated for a mural?
The visual is divided into strips of regular width, numbered in order. The preview tool shows the layout before validation.
Are the colors accurate?
We calibrate our prints, but a slight variation may occur depending on screen settings. Please request a sample to confirm a shade.
Do you offer wallpapers for children?
Yes, we have a dedicated collection featuring soft patterns printed with water-based inks.
Can I request a mirror flip or a specific crop?
Yes, specify this in the order notes. We will adjust the visual (mirror, cropping, centering) before production.
Do you create fully custom designs?
Possible upon request: send your idea or HD visual to our team, and we will verify feasibility and final rendering.
Are your materials textured or smooth?
We primarily offer premium smooth non-woven. Some visuals are available in textured vinyl as indicated on the product page.
Do the patterns repeat infinitely?
Murals (panoramic) form a complete scene. Repeating patterns (wallpaper rolls) are clearly labeled as such.
3) Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secured via our provider.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since each order is custom-made, you have 12 hours to cancel or change your dimensions. Please contact us via email immediately.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, the invoice is sent by email after payment validation and remains available in your account.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the Discount field in the cart or at checkout, then validate. The discount will apply automatically.
Does the displayed price include taxes?
The price includes all applicable taxes (VAT included).
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Check your limit or try another method. If the problem persists, contact your bank and then our support.

What are the production and shipping times?
Production takes 24 to 48 hours. The average delivery time is 8 to 12 working days from the order date. depending on destination.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with a tracking link once shipped. Tracking is also visible in your account.

We deliver worldwide
Do you offer delivery to pickup points?
Depending on the destination, the option may be offered at checkout. Otherwise, delivery is to your home against signature.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take photos and attach them to an email to us. We will take care of the rest.
What if I don't receive my package?
Check the tracking; if it doesn't move, write to us with your order number to launch an investigation with the carrier.
Do you deliver to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)?

How long does a refund take?
Once your request is processed, the refund is issued within 14 business days.
What if I made a mistake in the dimensions?
You have 12 hours after your order to contact us by email to request a modification.
Are return shipping costs covered?
For defective products, no return is necessary. After verifying your photo, we proceed with a free reshipment.

No, our inks are water-based and VOC-free. A slight printing smell may exist at opening but disappears quickly.
Is the product recyclable?
