Our non-woven wallpapers are installed by applying the adhesive directly to the wall. The panels are numbered: align edge to edge without overlap, following the order indicated in the included instructions.
What type of glue do you recommend?
Use a good-quality, ready-to-use non-woven wallpaper adhesive. Apply evenly with a roller, avoiding excess on corners and outlets.
Should I paste the wall or the paper?
With non-woven wallpaper, you paste the wall only. This prevents stretching the panel and makes adjustment easier.
How should I prepare my wall before installation?
The surface must be dry, sound, smooth, and even. Dust off, fill holes, sand rough areas, and prime if the wall is highly absorbent or very contrasted.
Can I install wallpaper in a bathroom?
Yes, if the room is well ventilated and the wallpaper isn’t in direct contact with water splashes. For wet zones, prefer areas away from the shower or sink.
How do I cut around an outlet or light switch?
Switch off the power, remove the cover plate, hang the panel over the box, make a small cross cut with a utility knife, fold back the flaps, then reinstall the cover.
What should I do about air bubbles after installation?
Push out the air using a smoothing spatula, working from the center to the edges. If a bubble persists, prick it gently and smooth over.
How do I clean the wallpaper daily?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough. Avoid solvents, abrasive sponges, and direct water jets.
Can I paint over it later?
We don’t recommend it: paint alters the look and flexibility of the substrate. If you want a change, it’s better to remove the wallpaper.
How do I remove Sunshinewall wallpaper?
Moisten the surface with warm soapy water, let it sit a few minutes, then peel off gently towards you. Repeat if needed.
Are the panels trimmed to the millimeter?
Yes, each panel is numbered and precision-trimmed for accurate seams. Still allow a safety margin around the edges, then trim with a knife.
What is the wallpaper’s lifespan?
Our wallpapers retain their color and integrity for many years in normal residential use, thanks to durable inks and the non-woven substrate.
2) Choice & customization
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Enter your wall’s width and height on the product page: we adjust the image and panel layout to your dimensions.
How are panels calculated for a panoramic mural?
The visual is split into regular-width panels, numbered in installation order. The preview tool shows the layout before you confirm.
Are on-screen colors accurate?
We calibrate our prints, but slight differences can occur between screens. To lock in a shade, please order a sample.
Do you offer wallpapers for children?
Yes, a dedicated collection with soft, poetic designs, printed with water-based inks.
Can I request a mirror flip or cropping?
Yes—add a note at checkout or contact us. We’ll adjust the visual (mirror, crop, centering) before production.
Do you create fully custom designs?
Possible on quotation: send your idea or a high-resolution visual to our team; we’ll check feasibility and the final rendering.
Are your substrates textured or smooth?
We mainly offer premium smooth non-woven. Some designs are also available in textured vinyl—this is indicated on the product page.
Do patterns repeat endlessly?
Panoramic murals don’t “loop”: they form a scene. Repeat-pattern wallpapers are labeled as such.
3) Orders & payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payments are secured via our provider.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as production hasn’t started. Contact us quickly. Once launched, customization prevents further changes.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes—your invoice is emailed after payment confirmation and remains available in your account.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the Discount field in the cart or at checkout, then apply. The discount will be calculated automatically.
Does the displayed price include taxes?
For EU orders, prices are shown VAT-included based on the delivery country. Outside the EU, customs fees may apply upon receipt.
My payment was declined—what should I do?
Check your spending limit or try another payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank and then our support team.
Can I order for a professional project (B2B)?
Yes—we support architects, decorators, and businesses. Contact us for a quote, trade pricing, and project calibration.
4) Delivery & tracking
What are the manufacturing and shipping times?
Production usually takes 24–48 hours. Delivery then takes 7–10 business days depending on destination and carrier.
How can I track my parcel?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships (Colissimo/DHL depending on country). Tracking is also visible from your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Fees and lead times are shown at checkout after you enter the address.
Do you offer pickup point delivery?
Depending on destination, the option may appear at checkout. Otherwise, delivery is to your door with signature.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the affected panels, note reservations upon delivery, then contact us within 48 hours for a priority replacement.
What if I don’t receive my parcel?
Check the tracking status; if it doesn’t update, write to us with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Do you ship to overseas territories (DOM-TOM)?
Yes, with extended lead times. Customs fees may apply upon receipt depending on local regulations.
5) Returns, exchanges & refunds
Can I return a wallpaper?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal on standard products that are unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable, except in case of defect.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number. We’ll provide the return address and procedure. Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless a defect is involved.
When is an exchange possible?
In case of a proven defect or our error, we’ll arrange a free replacement after we receive supporting items (photos, batch number, etc.).
What is the refund timeline?
Once your return is validated, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
What if I made a measurement error?
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as production hasn’t started, we can correct it. After launch, a paid recalibration may be offered.
Are return shipping costs covered?
They’re covered if it’s our error or a non-conforming product. For a change of mind, they’re generally at the customer’s expense.

Can I order a sample?
Yes—on the product page via “Order a sample”. This lets you validate shade, texture, and finish before purchasing.
Are samples identical to the final product?
Yes: same substrate, same inks, same finish. They give a faithful impression of the real-life result.
Are your substrates certified?
We favor certified substrates (e.g., FSC) and solvent-free, low-emission inks.
Does the wallpaper emit an odor?
No—our inks are water-based and VOC-free. A slight printing smell may be present on opening, then fades quickly.
Is the product recyclable?
The tubes and protective packaging are recyclable. For the wallpaper itself, please check your local waste stream.
